Carl Falco, President
Carl has been with the company for more than 20 years. Throughout his career, Carl has focused on understanding the needs of corporate communicators and developing internal capabilities to meet those needs. He studied communications and marketing at William Paterson College and Rutgers University. Away from his desk, Carl enjoys running his three children from one ball field to another and fishing on Dalenbachs Lake most Sunday afternoons.

Jo Anne Mastropasqua, Creative Director
Jo Anne has been an essential member of the Falco Design Creative Team for more than 10 years. Previously, Jo Anne was a Creative Director at Portfolio Graphics in New York City. She holds a B.A., magna cum laude, from The Fashion Institute of Technology. In her spare time she keeps busy volunteering her time and expertise at a local community theater group.

Joanne Donahue (aka "little a"), Assistant to the President
Joanne plays integral role at Falco Design. Before joining the firm, she was an administrative assistant in the human resources department at GE Healthcare. She loves to spend time with her family and is just thrilled to have become a grandmother for the first time in December 2007.

Stephanie Bayard, Designer
Stephanie is the most recent addition to our full time staff and it only took a few short months before the rest of the staff designated her a “keeper”. Prior to joining the Falco Design creative team, Stephanie was the Assistant Art Director at Millennium Graphics. Stephanie attended the Art Institute of Philadelphia and graduated on the Dean's List. She enjoys coaching at her local high school.
