We learned very early on that people work best when collaboration is encouraged through direct communication. That’s why we do business in a very different way than most creative studios and agencies. We don’t use account executives as intermediaries between our clients and our creatives. Falco Design puts our creative team in direct contact with our clients to better determine their needs, establish rapport, encourage the exchange of ideas, and develop unique concepts and fresh solutions. This results in a simplified creative process, higher cost efficiencies, long-term relationships and increased client satisfaction.

Carl Falco

The Big Cheese

Carl has been with the company for more than 20 years. He is a expert in the design and creative process, print and mail logistics, and an experienced facilitator. Throughout his career, Carl has focused on understanding the needs of our clients and customers and developing internal capabilities to meet those needs. He studied communications and marketing at William Paterson College and Rutgers University. Away from his desk, Carl enjoys running his three children from one ball field to another and fishing on Dalenbachs Lake on Sunday afternoons. Email Carl

Stephanie Bayard

The Diva

Stephanie is highly talented, versatile, and always easy to work with. As lead designer, she is responsible for keeping our creative fresh while managing our creative staff. Prior to joining the Falco Design creative team, she was the Assistant Art Director at Millennium Graphics. Stephanie attended the Art Institute of Philadelphia and graduated on the Dean's List. Cara Nicolini

The Organizer

Cara has a clean and sophisticated design style and enjoys expanding her professional knowledge by learning up-to-date print, web and creative processes. She's also the one who keeps us organized! Prior to joining the Falco Design creative team, she was a Senior Graphic Designer at Millennium Graphics. Cara attended Georgian Court University where she majored in both Graphic Design & Illustration and graduated Summa Cum Laude. She enjoys spending her free time with her family, friends and pets (one dog and three cats), watching HGTV and classic horror films. Email Cara

Joanne “Little a” Donahue

The Multi-Tasker

Joanne plays an integral role at Falco Design as the Assistant to the President, and isn’t a stranger here. She joined the firm back in 2005, but in 2008, moved to NC where she lived for 3 years. She has moved back to New Jersey, and we are glad to welcome her back to the Falco Design Family. Joanne enjoys spending time with her 3 grandchildren and is quite the pool shark. Email Joanne

Andrew Cruz

The Free Spirit

Andrew Cruz is an exceptional graphic designer, photographer and creative guru. Known to most by just his last name, Cruz graduated from the Philadelphia Art Institute in June 2009 and has been with Falco Design ever since. In his past life, Cruz worked as a promoter for NBC, a runway model, stock supervisor for high fashion clothing line "Diesel" and was employed as the curator's assistant at an art gallery in Philadelphia. As the photographer at Falco, Cruz is quickly expanding his portfolio of matchless pieces for Falco's diverse clientele, bringing a fresh and edgy perspective to new projects.

Isaiah McFarlane

The Up & Comer

Isaiah McFarlane is a graphic designer with a passion for illustration. He is never short of great ideas during our brainstorming sessions. After graduating from The Art Institute of Philadelphia, October 2009, he went on to freelance at MedErgy HealthGroup doing editorial design. From there he was employed at FedEx Office as a production coordinator learning all facets of pre-production as well as print production. All the while he freelanced for various local and nationwide businesses. In his free time he enjoys painting, audio production, and competitive sports that include basketball and football. He also has a weakness for fashion in the form of watches and shoes.
