The first in a series of a season-themed customer loyalty program. This piece utilized variable data to offer customers discounted products and services based on their individual purchase history. Printed on a Xerox Igen, variable data included spend-level requirement and discount offered. Variable data technology was also used to reinforce the customer's relationship with ASL by printing the direct contact details and photos (represented in pink here) of the customer service rep assigned to that account.
