Carl Falco, President and COO

Carl has been with the company for more than 20 years. He is a expert in the design and creative process, print and mail logistics, and an experienced facilitator. Throughout his career, Carl has focused on understanding the needs of our clients and customers and developing internal capabilities to meet those needs. He studied communications and marketing at William Paterson College and Rutgers University. Away from his desk, Carl enjoys running his three children from one ball field to another and fishing on Dalenbachs Lake on Sunday afternoons.

Stephanie Bayard, Lead Graphic and Web Designer

Stephanie is highly talented, versatile, and always easy to work with. As lead designer she is responsible for keeping our creative fresh while managing our creative staff. Prior to joining the Falco Design creative team, she was the Assistant Art Director at Millennium Graphics. Stephanie attended the Art Institute of Philadelphia and graduated on the Dean's List. She enjoys coaching dance at her local high school.

Andrew Cruz, Graphic Designer

Andrew Cruz is a remarkable graphic designer, photographer and artist. Known to most by just his last name, Cruz graduated from the Art Institute of Philadelphia in June 2009 and has been with Falco Design ever since. In his past life, Cruz worked as a promoter for NBC, was employed as the curator's assistant at an art gallery in Philadelphia, strutted his stuff on the runway as a model, and worked for Diesel clothing.

As a graphic artist at Falco, Cruz is quickly contributing to the portfolio of Falco's unique creative designs for a diverse clientele base. In addition, Cruz is heading up Falco's Photography department and aims to bring a fresh and edgy perspective to new projects.

Alexa Rager, Marketing Director

Alexa Rager, Marketing Director
Alexa is the newest member of the Falco team. As Marketing Director, Alexa is responsible for collaborating with the sales and creative team to establish media goals, objectives, and strategies for marketing campaigns. She brings experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies with a focus on branding and consistent messaging. Alexa graduated from WIdener University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. Prior to joining Falco, Alexa worked with several green businesses on developing their core business procedures and marketing plan.

In her free time Alexa enjoys being outside, preferably horse-back riding, skiing, or traveling somewhere new. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family, reading, and running half-marathons when peer pressured.

Dave Link, Intern

Dave Link, commonly referred to as "Dave the intern", is much more than just a creative intern at Falco Design, contrary to what one might gather from his job title. At Falco, Dave is gaining a plethora of experience in Falco's various departments while also assisting the creative team. Dave lends a helping hand whenever necessary, whether it be collaborating with creative, assisting with proofing, sketching during brainstorm sessions, contributing to the photography department, or feeding Falco's pet fish, Jumble.

When he's not working here at Falco, Dave enjoys skateboarding (preferably on big hills), snowboarding, attending concerts, photography, drawing, video games, watching movies and long walks on the beach. When he graduates from Media Arts and Design school, Dave has ambitions of designing and selling his own t-shirt creations.

Jumble, also known as "Bait", has just joined the Falco team. He lives in a modified gum ball machine where his primary responsibility is to swim, eat and give Carl a reason to yell at Dave the Intern to feed him!
